A move you can check
- Copy the occupied cells from your board. Count eight rows and eight columns before entering the position.
- Draw one available piece in the piece editor, keeping its orientation. Empty space around the piece is ignored.
- Select Find placements. Green squares show the proposed placement; peach outlines show completed rows or columns.
- Use the placement menu to compare alternatives. Apply only changes this practice board, never a game running elsewhere.
Work through the example
What “best” means here
The helper enumerates every collision-free placement of the one piece you entered. It temporarily fills its cells, counts all full rows and columns simultaneously, then sorts by that immediate count. Ties are shown in row order and then column order. The helper does not rotate the piece, recognize a screenshot, predict the next piece or optimize a three-piece sequence.
A move clearing the most lines now can still leave a poor board for a later piece. Compare the remaining gaps before choosing. Some editions use different board sizes, scoring or clearing rules; this tool assumes an 8 × 8 board with simultaneous full-row and full-column clearing.
No access to your game
No screenshot, game account or file is requested. The board lives in this page only and is cleared when you leave. This helper is an independent SnapSong tool for understanding placements; it does not claim an official connection to a game developer or a guaranteed high score.
